What does the prefix contra- mean?
In working as an ASVAB tutor, I remind my students to study prefixes, root words, and suffixes. In my book entitled, The ASVAB Tutor’s Word Knowledge and Paragraph Comprehension Study Guide, I have charts of prefixes, root words and suffixes for my students to review.
