Welcome, I’m The ASVAB Tutor!
The ASVAB is the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery, the exam required for entry into all the branches of the United States Military. This exam also helps to determine one’s MOS or job in the military.
Julie Hyers, The ASVAB Tutor, offers online classes.
Julie also offers a self-paced online course in which she uses video lessons for Arithmetic Reasoning, Mathematics Knowledge, Paragraph Comprehension and Word Knowledge. She even came up with a humorous way to teach ASVAB vocabulary using her cat, Mr. Cuddles®!
She is the author of 6 ASVAB Study Guides that accompany the live online classes and the self-paced online course.
Her two most recent books are bilingual books (English/Spanish and English/French) to review Word Knowledge and Paragraph Comprehension to help students whose first language is Spanish or French.
