The ASVAB Tutor Presents the Latin Root “Duc”
Do you know your Latin and Greek root words? As an ASVAB tutor, I remind the students in my ASVAB prep course that there are countless words in the English language. To boost your ASVAB score, it is important to study commonly used ASVAB vocabulary words. However, this is not enough. An extra skill that helps to improve your vocabulary is the study of Latin and Greek prefixes, root words and suffixes. Even though I focus very heavily on providing help in the area of ASVAB math, I do not overlook the importance of studying vocabulary. Do you know the meaning of the Latin root word “duc”?
