The ASVAB Tutor Presents the Latin Root “Circum”

What does the prefix “circum” mean?  I will present the meaning of this Latin root word tomorrow.  In my ASVAB prep course, I remind my students of the importance of studying Latin and Greek root words.  I wrote a book entitled, The ASVAB Tutor’s Word Knowledge and Paragraph Comprehension Study Guide.  I included charts of prefixes, root words and suffixes in my book.  Knowing Latin and Greek roots helps improve ASVAB vocabulary skills.  As an ASVAB tutor, I remind my students to make sure they study for both math and verbal sections of the ASVAB to help improve their overall score.
