Sometimes in life what holds us back is fear. Fear keeps people in their comfort zone. People do not grow in their comfort zone. They also do not suffer from growing pains in their comfort zone. Too many of us crave comfort in life. It is our craving of comfort that keeps up from achieving our dreams. As an ASVAB tutor, I can see how people become complacent in life. They are too quick to become satisfied with life over the fear of change. Do not fear change. Remember the quote of one of the most amazing hockey players of all time, Wayne Gretzky. He said, “We miss 100% of the shots we don’t take.” If you don’t take a chance in life, you automatically fail. Why not aim for your dreams? What do you have to lose?
