In life, each of us has a vision for our lives. Sometimes we become discouraged when we share that vision with others. People might burst our bubble. They might criticize our dreams, call us foolish, and discourage us. Remember your vision is yours for a reason. It is yours, not theirs. So, when others do not understand your vision, that is okay. It is not their vision, so they do not see it clearly as you do. As an ASVAB tutor, I meet many students who have been discouraged by those around them regarding their vision. Some have been discouraged by family members, friends, significant others, neighbors, the list goes on. Do not let that happen to you. When you have a vision for your life, believe in it. Work hard to make your vision come to pass, and do not let anyone stand in the way.
