As an ASVAB tutor, I meet countless students that have big dreams for their lives. Each student I meet has the goal of serving in one of the branches of the United States military. I have tutored people who have gone on to join the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, National Guard, Air National Guard, and Coast Guard. The important thing they need to remember is to approach their dreams with confidence. To go forth boldly believing in themselves and in their dreams. Sometimes my students feel discouraged when the math topics are difficult. There is no room for discouragement. Instead of becoming discouraged, they need to move with confidence to improve themselves in the areas that are holding them back. Do not live in hesitation or doubt. Decide on your dreams and go after them. Do whatever it takes to achieve them. It is that simple.
