What does the root word anthro- mean?
In my role as an ASVAB tutor, I emphasize the importance of studying root words. Knowing Latin and Greek root words leads to improvement in vocabulary scores. In my book, The ASVAB Tutor’s Word Knowledge and Paragraph Comprehension Study Guide, I include over 500 vocabulary words.
