In life, we need to let our light shine. Each one of us should have the goal of leaving the world a bit brighter than we found it. It is better to light a candle than to curse the darkness.
Your smile might be the only smile someone sees. As an ASVAB tutor, I work to help each one of my students to reach their true potential. I remind them to remain positive by believing in themselves. If they have been discouraged from past failures on the test, I remind them that hard work pays off and they can outsmart the test makers if they study.
