As an ASVAB tutor, I have met countless students with the goal of enlisting in the U.S. military. There has been a wide range of levels of motivation in the students I have met. Some students had unstoppable determination. They were willing to find a way, no matter what the obstacle was. Opposition from friends and family, financial issues, time constraints, etc. Some people refused to let anything stand in their way. They were the students who found success. Other students were filled with excuses. Excuses as to why they had no time to study. Excuses on why they were not prepared. Excuses, excuses, excuses. Those who found excuses did not find a way to achieve success. All they found were excuses. Decide to be one who finds a way because where there is a will, there is a way.
