Yoda has some wise words today. When I talk to people in my ASVAB prep course, I remind them to study their math formulas and conversions and tell them to study for the ASVAB. When they reply, I will try, I cringe. As Yoda says either do it or don’t do it. Trying does not count. When I hear someone say they will try to study, I know they will not do it at all. So if you need help with ASVAB math or vocabulary, don’t say you will try to study. Just study. Actually doing something is all that matters. Set your goals and smash them.
