Too often in life we sit around and wait for the right moment to pursue our dreams. People wait for the right timing, the right inspiration, the right person to inspire us. I know a woman who had a dream to start a business. She had all the details of her dreams in her mind. She spoke to her friend and said this is what I would love to do one day. I need to wait until I meet the right person to plan it out for me. Her friend reminded her that was her dream. She reminded her that she was the person that needed to pursue her dream. She listened. Over 20 years later, her business is still going strong. In life, we need look no farther than ourselves for our inspiration. Start where you are with what you have. The inspiration will follow. As an ASVAB tutor, I meet many people who need some encouragement to keep going in pursuing their dreams. I remind them that no one can do it for them. I can present the materials and explain the lessons, but they are the ones who need to pursue their dreams.
