Word Knowledge Question
As an ASVAB tutor, I remind my students of the importance of reviewing ASVAB vocabulary, prefixes, root words, and suffixes to boost their vocabulary scores on the Word Knowledge section of the ASVAB. My book consists of over 500 ASVAB vocabulary.
Today I present an ASVAB vocabulary word. Today’s word is “prohibit”.
Prohibit is one of many words that could appear on the Word Knowledge section of the ASVAB.
The question is:
What does prohibit mean?
A. To promote
B. To inhabit
C. To forbid
D. To exceed
Do you know the answer? I will present the answer in video format tomorrow. My cat, Mr. Cuddles® will appear in a video where he explains the word in the context of a few sentences.
