In working as an ASVAB tutor and helping adults, it makes me think back to the days where I taught children in school. One big difference between children and adults is the enthusiasm that children approach each task in life. Children at a young age have faith in themselves before the world steals their enthusiasm. As we grow older, we need to renew that sense of enthusiasm. Today’s quote reminds us to never forget our amazing capabilities. At times, when my students become discouraged, they need to be reminded of the great potential that lies within them. When their motivation and enthusiasm is unleashed, I find people of all ages are on fire to learn and achieve. This is my goal for any of the students I encounter, regardless of their age.
