Motivational Monday
Today I present a motivational quote about the power of learning.

The quote is from Zig Ziglar. It reminds us that the power to succeed lies within yourself. As an ASVAB tutor, I see the value in posting motivational quotes. A positive mindset can lead you to wondrous places in life.
Zig Ziglar was known for his positivity even though he experienced many tragedies in his life. Zig Ziglar was a World War II veteran who lived from November 6, 1926 to November 28, 2012. He was born in Alabama as the tenth of twelve children. His family moved to Mississippi where he spent most of his childhood. When he was six years old, his father and sister died unexpectedly. His mother struggled financially to raise her large family on her own. At a young age, Zig Ziglar stated working to help his mother. When he finished high school, he served in the United States Navy. He was in the Navy during World War II from 1943 to 1945. After the military, he became a salesman and worked to encourage and motivate others. After decades in working in sales, he decided to quit his job in sales and become a full-time motivational speaker. Zig Ziglar is one of the world’s most famous motivational speakers in addition to best-selling author.
