An important part of being an ASVAB tutor is begin able to identify which areas in which my students need the most help. There are 4 sections of the ASVAB that determine each applicant’ score on the ASVAB. The four sections are: Arithmetic Reasoning, Mathematics Knowledge, Word Knowledge, and Paragraph Comprehension.
Today I present the following question:
Which subtest of the ASVAB do you or your applicants need the most help on?
- Arithmetic Reasoning
- Mathematics Knowledge
- Word Knowledge
- Paragraph Comprehension
Some students need work on the math sections. Some need to work on the verbal sections. Some need improvement in every section. Every person is a unique case. It is very important for me to decide what areas need improvement to enable my students to achieve the ASVAB score they desire.
