Mathematics Knowledge
In working as an ASVAB tutor, Mathematics Knowledge is one of the sections of the ASVAB for which I prepare my students. Algebra and geometry are two of the main subjects within Mathematics Knowledge. One of the subtopics in algebra is solve for x.
Today I present an example for Mathematics Knowledge which involves solving for x.
The question asks us to solve for x.
5(x+1) = 3(x+3)
- X = 0
- X = 1
- X = 2
- X = 3
