Detail Question on the ASVAB
Today’s post asks which of the questions is a detail question. On the Paragraph Comprehension section of the ASVAB it is important to be able to recognize the different types of questions can appear. Detail questions are a common type of reading comprehension question. As an ASVAB tutor, I remind my students that detail questions do not ask about the main idea of the story. Instead, they focus on small parts of the story. Do not rely on your own background knowledge to answer detail questions. The answer lies within the story.
