What does the root word mand- or mend- mean?
As an ASVAB tutor, I remind my student of the importance of review Latin and Greek root words. Today’s post is about the Latin root mand- or mend-. Do you know its meaning? I remind my students of the importance of studying prefixes, root words, and suffixes. Too many students say that studying vocabulary is not worth it because you never know what words will be on the test. The truth is if you do not prepare, your chances of improving are 0%.
