Yesterday I posted a question on main idea.
Of the following questions which is a main idea question:
What would be a good title for the story?
What do you think happened after the story ended?
What was the first event in the story?
Who were the main characters?
In teaching my ASVAB prep course, I discuss the different types of questions that can appear on the test. As an ASVAB tutor, I remind my students that main idea questions are one of the common types of questions on the test. The choice that is a main idea question is “What would be a good title for the story?” Did you know the correct answer to this problem?
