Paragraph Comprehension
In designing my ASVAB prep course, I realized an important skill is knowing the different types of Paragraph Comprehension questions can be found on the ASVAB. In working as an ASVAB tutor, I realize that another important thing to be able to do is to differentiate between fact and opinion. Differentiating between fact and opinion is an important skill in paragraph comprehension. Today I present sentences and ask which one is a fact. One is a fact and the other three are opinions. Are you able to identify the one that is a fact? The answer will be presented tomorrow. Even though I focus more heavily on ASVAB math help in my ASVAB course, I do discuss the different types of questions that appear on the reading comprehension section of the ASVAB.
