What is the perimeter of a hendecagon with each side equal to 7?
As an ASVAB tutor, I remind my students of the importance of knowing the names of all the shapes in the Mathematics Knowledge section of the ASVAB. Most people think they know the names of all the shapes until they see a shape like a hendecagon. This is not one of the most common shapes, but it is important to know the names of all the shapes up to at least 12-sided shape. The names of the shapes have Latin or Greek roots in them. To solve this problem, it is necessary to know how many sides a hendecagon has and how to find the perimeter of a shape. Do you know the answer to this problem?
