As an ASVAB tutor, I emphasize the importance of knowing how to work with fractions.  I remind my students that knowing how to work with fractions is an important part of the Arithmetic Reasoning section of the ASVAB.  Today’s question presents an example of adding fractions.  Do you know how to add fractions?  I will present the explanation tomorrow.
