ASVAB Math Help with Isosceles Triangles

In my ASVAB prep course, I present triangles because they are an important part of the Mathematics Knowledge section.  As an ASVAB tutor, I tell my students that the easiest section to improve their score is in the Mathematics Knowledge section.  Knowing the different types of triangles is one of the important subtopics that can help to improve your ASVAB math score.  Do you know what the characteristics of an isosceles triangle are? Can you solve this problem?  If one of the equal angles of a  triangle measures 35 degrees, what is the measure of the vertex angle?  The answer will be posted tomorrow.
