Answer to Math Knowledge Question
Yesterday I presented a geometry question that could appear on the Mathematics Knowledge section of the ASVAB. Reviewing Mathematics Knowledge is an important part of my ASVAB prep course. As an ASVAB tutor, I remind my students that knowing shapes and the formulas for each shape is an important way to help improve their ASVAB math scores.
Yesterday’s question as how many total degrees are in the angles of a quadrilateral.
Do you know how many total degrees are in the angles of a quadrilateral?
A quadrilateral is a 4-sided shape.
The internal angles of a quadrilateral add up to 360 degrees.
This is true for any quadrilateral including: squares, rectangles, parallelograms, diamonds, rhombuses, and trapezoids.
