Answer to Yesterday’s ASVAB Math Question on Triangles
Yesterday I presented a question on triangles. As an ASVAB tutor, I remind my students of the importance of knowing the different types of triangles. Do you know the name of a triangle that has one angle that is greater than 90 degrees? An angle that is greater than 90 degrees and less than 180 degrees is known as an obtuse angle. The Mathematics Knowledge section of the ASVAB might include questions on triangles. In my study guide entitled, The ASVAB Tutor’s Mathematics Knowledge Study Guide, I included 15 different topics. One of them is triangles and angles. I make sure to emphasize the importance of knowing the topic of triangles for the ASVAB.
