Answer to Word Knowledge Question on “Carn”

Yesterday I presented the root word “carn”.  The Latin root “carn” means flesh.  Did you know the meaning of “carn”.  There are a number of English words that include the root word “carn.”

Some of these words are: carnivore, carnal, incarnate, reincarnate, carnage.   This is one of the many root words that I have included in my ASVAB study guide entitled, The ASVAB Tutor’s Word Knowledge and Paragraph Comprehension Study Guide.  Make sure you study the prefixes, root words, and suffixes.  Also remember to study all the necessary formulas for ASVAB math to help improve your math scores.
