Looking at this testimonial brings back memories of a  student who came to me saying he had tried different tutors for the ASVAB, but he was still unable to pass.  As it is with many of my students, the math sections were holding him back from passing.  He was a   motivated, polite young man who played in a Christian rock band with his friends.  Bigger than his love of music was his desire to serve our nation.  He wanted to be a  Marine more than anything.  The only thing that stood in his way was math.  More specifically, Arithmetic Reasoning and Mathematics Knowledge.  Nothing that my ASVAB prep course couldn’t fix.  So he began tutoring classes.  He quickly learned the shortcuts and was thrilled when he passed the ASVAB.  He did not just pass the ASVAB, he received a  score that enabled him to get the job he wanted.  Mission accomplished, and America has one more proud Marine.
