We all could use motivation in life.  What better way to get motivation than to listen to the story of a  person who overcame great trials.  Eric Thomas is one of those people.  He grew up in Detroit, Michigan where he spent his teenage years living in a    cardboard box.  Imagine being a young person living in a box through the cold harsh winters in Detroit.  Think of what that could do to a person’s spirit.  Some people would choose to give up at that point in life, but not Eric Thomas.  Eric Thomas did not allow life’s setbacks to stop him.  He went on to become an acclaimed author and world famous motivation speaker.  He spends his life encouraging others to overcome their adversities.  A  famous quote of his is, “When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you will be successful.  Many of my students talk about him.  They follow him on social media, put his quotes on their phone’s screen savers, wear t-shirts with his quotes on them, and watch his YouTube videos.  I want you to know ASVAB tutors can help with your math scores or overall ASVAB score.  My ASVAB prep course will prepare you for the exam. However, I want you to remember that your motivation levels need to be solid in the process of joining the military as well as your academic levels.  I send my students positive quotes from time to time when I feel they need them.  When I meet a  student who enjoys motivational speakers, it encourages me.  I see their internal motivational level is high.  I see that they are striving for more.  Internal motivation leads to more success.  I work to teach my ASVAB prep course and to encourage others every chance I get.  Many times, in working with ASVAB students, I realize I have learned a  great deal.  I have learned a great deal about the human spirit and the correlation between high internal motivation levels and the achievement of one’s goals.  Aim high!  And of course, desire success as much as you desire your next breath!
