In looking back at 2020, I thought about the achievements I made as someone who tutors for the ASVAB. This year has been a challenging year for all of us, but in ways it has driven us to improve ourselves. In the course of the year, I have worked on improving my ASVAB prep course in numerous ways. I redesigned my website this year. I wrote 4 ASVAB study guides: The ASVAB Tutor’s Arithmetic Reasoning Study Guide, The ASVAB Tutor’s Mathematics Knowledge Study Guide, The ASVAB Tutor’s Word Knowledge and Paragraph Comprehension Study Guide, and The ASVAB Tutor’s Practice Questions for Arithmetic Reasoning and Mathematics Knowledge. Many of my students need help with the math section of the ASVAB and 3 of my study guides would provide help in the math sections of this exam. The remaining book covers the vocabulary and reading comprehension sections of the test. I also designed ASVAB video courses this year. The video courses accompany the material in the study guides. This year I transitioned all my classes to be an online ASVAB prep course. As an online ASVAB tutor, I am able to help people across the United States. I am not limited to local students. I also started blogging on my website this year. My blog includes tips, information, questions, and videos for people who plan to take the ASVAB and are possibly in search for ASVAB tutors.
