In teaching my ASVAB prep course, I place most emphasis on the two math sections of the test, Arithmetic Reasoning and Mathematics Knowledge. In providing ASVAB math help, I cannot overlook the need to review the Word Knowledge and Paragraph Comprehension sections of the test. ASVAB tutors need to emphasize the 4 main sections of the exam. I make sure to take time to talk about the various types of questions that exist on the Paragraph Comprehension section of the test. One of the types of questions is a main idea question. This post consists of a question about main idea to show various ways that main idea questions can be presented. Do you know which one is not a main idea question?
